No prepaid cards

Prepaid cards cannot be funded. Attempts to fund such a card may result in frozen card and funds.

$2,500 limit per card per day

You may do as many transactions as you like (less than $15,000 per month total) but each one must be under $2,500

$15,000 a month limit

The total of $15,000 can be processed to one card per month. The transactions that result in violation of this rule will be rejected.

Must be either a Visa or MasterCard

We can only process transactions to a Visa or MasterCard. Other types of card (Discover, Maestro, and American Express) will be rejected by the system.

Deposit processing time

Allow 72 hours for the deposit operation after the exchange was confirmed.

Allow extra time for the transaction when sending USD to a non-USD card.

If you are sending USD to a non-USD account, the overall transaction may take longer as the receiving bank will exchange the funds into your local currency.

Non-reversible

Once completed, transactions to cards cannot be reversed.
